Q: Are your rubber ducks safe for small children?
A: All our rubber duckies are made with 100% Lead and Phthalate-free materials and superior quality paint that do not fade away. They are absolutely safe in bathtubs with children. We do ask for your supervision for kids under the age of 3.

Q: How long are the Custom Logo Printing Production?
A: The turnaround time for custom logo printing is generally within 9 business day. However, for large orders of 1000+, additional days may be required.

Q: How quickly will my orders ship?
A: Most orders placed will be shipped out within 48* hours from when you placed it. You will receive a notification email along with a tracking number of the shipment. 

Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is calculated depending on the weight of your order. We offer the lowest shipping rate starting from $3.99 (1 lb) and $4.99 flat nationwide. 

Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: We offer international shipping at a fixed rate and a regular low rate for shipments to our neighbors in Canada and Mexico. For bulk orders over 50+ ducks, please email us to discuss the most favorable rates.

Q: Is it safe to put my credit card information on here?
A: Absolutely! Our servers are highly secured and verified by GeoTrust and we do not store any credit card information in our systems.

Q: What if my item is damaged or flawed?
A: We guarantee the highest quality in our ducks. But in the case that a damage does happen, we are glad to offer a refund for the return shipment**. Please contact our support at orders@duckycity.com.
